Nextguy comes along 2 minutes later and hands in Ring - Is doing an MQ with Toolazy. Is the NPC now expecting a Rapier from the next person? Soandso hands in Ring and a sword - Obviously this guy was a moron, and didn't read the quest and didn't hand the right weapon or coin.
